How BHA Works?
BHA IS a major antioxidant:
Donates its phenolic hydroxyl group hydrogen atoms to free radicals.
This produces a BHA radical that is stabilized by delocalization of electrons around the aromatic ring, and the oxidative chain reaction is interrupted.
